My regime for the past 3 weeks .. 7 days a week , 90 Min a day

60 mins cardio .. burn rate of 400 Calories .. alternate days rowing .. spinning on simulated mountain biking ..

30 mins of weight lifting .. with 40 kilo weights ..

Burn target of 600 calories a day .
