Base salary 20-30 kanna undaaa, adenti, I thought it would be more.

General gaa if you encash leave or gratuity what you get is what you will get for bonus too.

So it will be mostly basic salary. Gross salary iche praskte ledu, mainly the variable pay will be excluded by all means.
