Panakala swamy temple sthala puranam prakaram, to kill a rakshasa the lord Vishnu and the fire generated by him, the devatas were unable to withstand it, when prayed, he takes nectar and cools down. Then they used to offer one item for each yuga, like ghee, milk, and now panakam.. The temple will be open only until 2PM, they say in night devatas will be praying so temple will be closed at that time. Surprising fact is that even though there is jaggery all around there wont be even an ant visible around. Also panakam teeskunnattu gada gada sabdam vastndi. Kakapote aa temple lo ghoram enti ante poddunna poolu amme angatlo sayatram bodies ammutaru.. that is right after temple closure. Not sure why no one is able to control it.  Lion Audio Review |
