just kidding...K mooskuni stress control chesko...find out a way to relax urself naturally when u r put in such situations..start doing exercise/yoga regularly...what people say is when u do exercise in morning u get rid of all the energy in the morning itself which usually gets converted to stress during later part of the day...so eat healthy, do excercise/yoga, find a way to relieve ur stress,like listening to music, taking a walk, doing 2-3 mins of meditation even while u r in office etc..
