2.5 is early maastaaru...eee age lo finger snacks thappa mana indian foods thinaleru on their own...memu daycare ki pampinche vaallam kaabatti we used to pack some pancakes/Omlette/cheese sandwich/Roti cut into pieces with egg bhurji, Yogurt type things for lunch (That too for those days where they don't have veggie lunch provided at school...)..Veggie lunch unna roju our kid used to eat there, Mac and Cheese, Pizza, Salads etc...daycare lo sonthagaa thinaali kaabatti pakkana kids ni choosi nerchukuni thinesthaaru edi emaina valla own gaa thinaalante sarigga thinaru...so puddunne heavygaa breakfast petti milk icchi pampinche vaallam, lunch as usual sarigga thinadhu school lo, so evening pickup cheskogaani fruits icche vaallam,then again milk and followed by dinner...food okkate kaadhu,once u shift from bottle to Cup right, the intake will come down and kids wont be interested to drink...but sarigga thaagatledhu,thinatledhu ani maname chesthoo pothe they will never learn them....so appudappudu alaa vadileyyatame even if they dont take properly..u cover this deficit by something else...like lunch own gaa sarigga thinaledante try to cover it with fruits after this etc...breakfast sarigga lekapothe cover with Milk..but leave atleast once a day to have on their own...intlo unna daaka feed chesthaam,school ellaaka paristhithi enti... I would say right age for eating fruits,snacks, american foods by themselves is 2-3...for Indian foods (Rice),atleast 4-5 to pickup by spoon and eat.... |
