masteru you just need to reactivate old H1 .no worries for you .




I don't think this is so straight forward...don't we have anytime limit for the old H1 to expire/need to be counted again if the person has never entered the country with old H1...

one example, imagine if we complete 6 yrs in US without applying for GC, then we go out of country for 1 year and then again we are eligible for getting fresh 6 years of H1B...but this second H1b is subject to CAP and u need to go through lottery...so ee case lo once counted, forever u r not counted does not work...alaantidhi without even entering the country and the old one is valid in 2008 ante there should be some complications...attorney ney cheppagaladu correct gaa
