It wanders everywhere and discipline gives you the time you talk to God. In ritual we offer naivedyam and in turn take it as prasadam which aasirvadam(blessings). This builds the bridge between the person and the supreme. Over a period of time this will turn to Nivedana. Nivedana means telling everything to other person should be a practice one has to keep in mind. Be its a guru or God, practice informing everything to him, you will see the results in long run..
