Form 15H or something file chesthey ICICI lo kooda no TDS brother ... As it being a small financial institute, they might not be doing Tax Deduction at Source. It might become individual's responsibility to file it along with their tax returns. Am not sure whether this is in line with RBI guidelines to the banks and Financial institutions or not.
