So when Pushkara stays with Bruhaspati, he comes with 3.5 crore adhi devatas and brings great purity, divinity, sacredness to that river.

So during the entire year, anyone goes to the river and takes dip in that river gets blessings of entire 3.5crores devatas, entire sins washed out, and since everyone is available best time to do pinda daanam for ancestors. Also to give all daanams to entire devatas.
