with my own experience:
use pain reliver for few days and see.If you still have pain, you need to see the doctor.He may suggest you to see a physiotherapist.Physiotherapy works, but a bit slow.You got to be patient untill you get results.

I got this pain almost 15 years back and stuggled for few months.Now, i dont have that pain any more.My physiotherapist told me that that I got quick results comparign to many of his pateints.He thinks that becuase of my yoga practice veryday it speeds up the process.
