AC121 portability ki two ne two rules.. 1.NOC code should match perfectly in both cases. 2.Job description should match...Not Title...it is impossible to expect people will have same titles with changed job in 3-4 yrs Salary increases can cause problem but if Murthy lawyers can explain well with documented cost of living increase etc and change of place...will go through. In immigration cases....having a good laywer always helps. Mee documentation enta strong vunte anta better.
