You cannot transfer H1 without recent 3-4 pay stubs.. which means you have to enter USA with that employer else it has to be a new application.


Inka anytime you change your employer you will have to get re stamped if you go out of country. If you are in USA when you change employer you can stay with change of employer as you get new I-94.

Inka first H1 expire ayyi, if you didn't work and then apply another H1 after getting stamped it will not come under lottery but after getting H1 approved you will have to go for stamping again before entering usa
