Soggadu:
pay packages vary depending on the location. I don't think Bonus, RSUs and Options are that common in Ontario. Of course I am talking with 10 years ago knowledge. I used to get a small bonus along with base pay, health benefits and vacation days when I worked in ON. Meeru IT kabatti naaku pedda idea ledu. But in general, if you are into the management, you should be at least inquiring about bonus (short term incentive), RSUs and /or Stock options (long term incentive) in your next job (interviews). So far in Canada I never used head hunters. All offers I got in the last 10 years or so were based on direct applications to the companies. using a good head hunter is not a bad idea but finding a good one is not that easy emo anukuntanna. Applying through a reference (existing employee) would help, at least your resume goes to the right people instead of HR. Ignorance is bliss
