Campus recruitment tharuvatha, had been married to this job for a long time. Had been strongly considering a change. Please share your suggestions on the following : (1) Shall I search through job sites or approach recruiting consultants (2) How do I know what am worth, what I can expect as a salary? For sure I am underpaid in my current job (3) What are the other benefits to ask/look for. I prefer to do FTE Nenu undedhi Canada lo and will stay here for next 4 years at least. I might have an option to work even in USA by end of this year. PS - am jack of all trades as I had been with a consulting company for a very long time.
