he sudden death of popular music director Chakri appears to be taking a regional turn. His mother and brother, who are facing allegations of domestic violence against his wife Sravani, sought to give a Telangana twist to the unfortunate incident. Chakri’s mother Vidyawati, accompanied by her younger son Mahath Narayan called on Panchayat Raj Minister K T Rama Rao on Tuesday afternoon and sought his help in preventing the police from arresting her. Apparently, Vidyawati had told the minister that Sravani’s family was from Andhra, though she CLAIMS to have come from Godavarikhani in Karimnagar district. And Sravani had the backing of big people from Andhra. A couple of days back, Sravani also lodged a complaint against her mother-in-law and eight others, accusing them of harassing her with an eye on her late husband’s property. On Sunday evening, Chakri's mother filed a complaint with Jubilee Hills police station alleging that Chakri was poisoned to death by his wife and her family members.  PD gadu fan of NTodu then PK |
