Andhramass:already supreme court Aadhar is not compulsory anni rule cheyssindii. NRI's are not eligible to get Aadhar.
Supreme court ruling is for benefits eligibility... Gas subsidy laanti vaatiki AAdhar not required ani kaani ahi kuda cheyyatam ledhu... ADHAR for all no exclusion for NRI, in AP now you need AADHAR to buy or sell land (fields).. AADHAR Eligibility: Any resident of India, Non Resident Indian (NRI) or any foreign citizen residing in India can apply for Aadhaar. Since Aadhaar is meant for establishing unique identity and not for granting citizenship, even NRIs and foreign citizen residing in India can enjoy the benefits of Aadhaar. However, they all must have to go through the verification process as carried out by the UIDAI. |
