you have to remember two things, 1. This marriage system has been there for ever now and remained tested and sustained.. 2. Any given system, its people who are creating problem, so they will be creating. There is no alternative way as you might think there might be unless people start thinking right.. No rule is valid until someone follows it. I see that no one really understands the system very well the way it is designed for, people are behind something else and use it for their convinience. You are right in many your own ways, but bottom line people did it not the system.. We are greedy , we cannot adjust with a new family that come in with us along for the rest of life, treat each other differently. This is the fundamental problem not with the system. Any learned ones will not have such problems, if they understand the system. Why people think if Mother-in-law and daughter-in-law gel well is a great achievement?
