actually parag got humiliated in this deal. if you see their conversation in texts records filed in Court trial, musk furious that parag was not able to convince Musk to get on twitter board. Musk got so angry that he asked once agarwal that 'what did you do this week?'.

parag performance is so sub par based on their text conversation. thats why he fired parag and others.
