Rather, You can purchase 2 to 3 "No EMI" until posession flats by booking with 20% amount & going for loan to pay remaining 80% at the time of posession. You can then convert those 2/3 flats into fully furnished rental homes to pay the EMI. You may even get premium beyond the EMI amount. You can even convert those 2/3 flats into Service Apartments with private rooms. There are companies that manage service apartments. That way you will own 2 to 3 flats with regular income & with great potential for appreciation.
