Moulali ki oka 2 kms daggara ninna evado pampadu naaku, 2 story building in 216 sqyards house is asking 1.86 crores. Recently my friend bought an apartment near hightech city for 2.2 crores. Apartments in prime area lo 1 crore ki 2 bedroom kooda ravatam ledu. Not sure what changed but past 2 years lo real estate is out of reach. Nallakunta area lo 2 bedroom apartment is 1.10 crores 1200 sqft. Inka traffic is just not manageable. Metro is fine, but going to metro and from there to destination is another night mare. Anyways my recent experience with Hyd was first time very unpleasant. Except restaurants and food, there is nothing to boast at this time. No reviews yet |
