Brother GopalPuram has an interesting voting pattern, TDP has a solid vote bank of 38%-42% .. . Winners of 2014 and 2019 banked on swing voters "read SC's". 2019 winner performed very strong booth mgmt in around 160 booths where average 120 votes of BSP / JSP were transferred to YCP using favorable **vt machinery and cash mgmt . YCP did not work on trapping traditional TDP votes , but invested in farming SC/ST and low income group voters. I have that list of booths, where never before seen strategies were put in place. This constituency has around 40K swing voters in 160 booths .Anyone who can spend 10-15K per swing vote over a period of 15 months is the winner.
