most local sales companies will milk the numbers to show a very long ROI so they can have room for negotiation. if your home has roof space on southern side with no shade it changes everything.

I would say go with tesla get a free quote. then negotiate. I know a few who brought down the ROI to 9 years from project 17 years with negotiation in NOVA.
