Checklist I prepared to avoid ugly situation, will work on this to avoid wifi dependence

1) Get a working antenna for atleast local tv
2) Home security will be replaced with local storing lorex system. No cloud crap
3) No wifi connected audio like sonos
4) Get a printer with local USB cable
5) Garage door opener must be a regular one, not the fancy wifi supported one



simple ga $10 a month hotspot activation for 30 GB teesukovachu ga nee cell phone lo for emergency use. just an other option
