My opinion on OTC penny stocks: This is not the time to invest in new stocks or add to the existing ones. They are going to be discounted further. Use that cash to invest in NASDAQ growth stocks(whatever you are fully convinced like PLTR,DKNG,NNDM,MP....etc..)
