The financial sector was the laggard during the market's big rally over the last 12 months. Well, banks are finally waking up. We are seeing Chase, Well Fargo and Bank of America approaching new highs. However, there is a sub $10 UK banking stock that has my attention. That is Natwest Group PLC - ADR (NWG).

Natwest is a UK banking group with a market cap of around $33 billion. I like Natwest because it is smaller than its US counterparts and has more room to grow than the bigger bankers. Also, I believe that the UK are well positioned to recover well during the rest of 2021. Also, I believe that financials will continue to surprise this summer.

Natwest is currently trading at $5.85. It would not surprise me to see the stock approach $10 before the end of the year.
