Online order cheste it got completed with scheduled delivery in 3 days.

Basic gaa my company has beneplace where I get 200$ off from the lowest market price and then 18 months 0 financing.

Nothing happens after 3rd day, called customer care, they said due to backorder the new deliver date is June 16th instead of April 14th,

Options either wait or cancel order, I tried to order somewhere else, everywhere the same date.

So I talked to Manager at Samsung, I said when you schedule a date, how can they change.

she tried to tell me that they can change order anytime without notice. I said that is not acceptable. Then she says they are legally covered, I said then I will take it legal route.

Then tweeted Samsung with all details, within an hour, the manager whom I talked earlier called and apologized and escalated the issue internally.

They assigned one person just to call me twice to keep me posted on the updates. They delivered the refrigerator on 3rd day by 8:20 AM.

Then I called and asked what is the compensation, they gave me back money and added additional warranty.
