update from nfdb my friends did some research on this case. They found that the case is not genuine as projected. These small guys form a gang and do drugs ( whitener). Neighbouring shop owners have bad impression on these guys. They even have doubt if he is a real father. I think rehabilitation is a suitable service for them and should be done by govt/police.
