Speaker:Annaii...if u like the place in photos...go visit the farm physically, if you still like it n fits your goal n ambition...just pay it off in Cash...dont take loans against it...i know you can...so just do it the old fashioned way...later on when you need to develop the land further...you might still need lots of cash...n thats when you can hypothecate your piece of land which is on your name for borrowings at a cheaper rate...the borrowings for Working capital when your land is paid off will be cheaper versus when it already has a mortgage to be paid still...in the long run it will do wonders for you financially...
Dont take a hasty decision...sleep over it n give a few days...u will figure out the best thing for your farmmm...
