Try to get answers to these questions. I will tell my opinion later. 1. Ask them to send you the survey - check the shape of the land and any easements. 2. Ask them if there is any flood zoned area. If so what's the % net usage land out of entire area. 3. Is the land fit for planned development or not? 4. Any zoning restrictions by the county ?
