Just compare to US People have social responsibility and that is the reason Govt makes sure it doesn't mess up with common man interests. In US vaccine is distributed free - just because people pay the prop tax, income tax and sales taxes above all they have a very high social responsibility in-spite of being a big country. In India Govt is buying the vaccine from the manufacturers at Rs 150/- and selling to States Govt's for Rs 400/-
