North Bay Resources Inc (OTCpink: $NBRI) is a Natural Resources Exploration (mining) company in the North American region that harvests Rare Earth Elements (REEs.) Unlike other mining companies that only gets licensed from shared mining properties from the government, North Bay Resources OWNS 100% of the properties they have mining and exploration projects in.

Placing emphasis on 2 strong areas for the stock and company:

The Tulameen Project - will mainly extract platinum and olivine from the mines. However, there's an even LARGER and more LUCRATIVE bi-product from the extraction: capturing CO2 emissions)

Refer to section 7.4 (Page 35)

As a refresher, Tesla's secret sauce for additional revenue is by selling carbon credits to its competitors. NBRI will be earning the same credits.

In April 1, 2018, NBRI received approval for their application for a mineral carbonation protocol at the Tulameen Platinum Project. The Company would then qualify to sell carbon credits directly to the B.C. Ministry of Environment’s Climate Action Secretariat.

The Company notes that as of April 1, 2018, British Columbia's carbon tax rate is $35 per tonne of carbon dioxide equivalent emissions. The tax rate will increase each year by $5 per tonne until it reaches $50 per tonne in 2021.

It is currently estimated that one tonne of olivine can sequester 0.4 tonnes of CO2, which given a potential deposit size of at least 15 million tonnes, the monetary value of the available carbon credits from the Company’s olivine deposit could generate significant revenue by 2021 from the carbon credits alone.

This does not include the commercial grade olivine and PGM by-products that can be mined and sold to industrial buyers.

The current plan then is to mine the commercial grade olivine and the PGM by-products for sale to industrial buyers, with the tailings used for CO2 sequestration and monetization by way of carbon offset credits. ($$$)

In addition to Olivine, which is the primary resource to be mined from Tulameen - the following will have the demand for this Rare Earth Element:

Aircraft and missile components; • Aircraft engine mounts, control hinges, fuel tanks, wings; • Automotive wheels, housings, transmission cases, engine blocks; • Bicycles and other sporting goods equipment; • Equipment for material handling; • Ladders; • Laptops, televisions, cell phones; • Luggage; • Portable power tools, chainsaws, hedge clippers, weed whackers; • Printing and textile machinery; • Steering wheels and columns, seat frames; • Magnesium alloys have also been used as a replacement to some engineering plastics due to their higher stiffness, high recycling capabilities.

2) Graphite Supply - Lithium mining is getting all the attention at the moment because of the projections that the demand for batteries will outpace the supply by 2025.

Graphite will also gain momentum in the demand for batteries due to the percent of composition it actually makes up for a Li-Ion Battery. If you're unaware, 80% of a battery is composed of Graphite.

Electric car batteries are often called “lithium-ion batteries,” but that’s a misleading term... As Elon Musk recently said: [there’s] a little bit of lithium in there, but it’s like the salt on the salad.” Only 2% of a lithium-ion battery is actually lithium. And only 18% of the battery is made up of cobalt and other materials.

That’s because a whopping 80% of the battery is made from one single, HARD-TO-FIND resource — Graphite.

Benchmarkminerals see the graphite market grow 5% annually beginning 2021 and sees "Gr" as a critical component for developing anodes in continuing to develop batteries.

Conclusion: NBRI will be supplying to GROWTH industries requiring infinite supply of raw materials as those sectors continue to scale production. This company is undervalued and has the right customers and enormous market to sell their products to.
