As I said earlier I looked at it very objectively. All the data as well as my personal experiences show job really well done. Markets don't grow to the sky we had 75% returns last year. Look at the data again in history the year after it comes down to normal returns of 8 to 10%. The inflation is a really big problem. Look at 70'and 80's. Look at current real estate prices and the affordability. Market needs a correction. As far as the infrastructure bill I am not really impressed with the details. Example- Amtrack ki giving lot of money but no high speed trains just increasing speed and some new lines. $100 billion for next gen technology research but no clear details. Should copy China's policies. Just research how they are going with chip manufacturing. Jamie Dimon yearly letter also pointed to it. |
