Even if they are available at $10.00, I'll Keep away from SPACS for now. After merging is completed, they may come down much lower than the $10.00. The market is not suitable for SPACs, and short-sellers can quickly attack them. Again, there may be a hit one out of ten, but you will lose money on the rest of them.
