Bro... I would suggest Workday Financials and some reporting tools like Tableau. Easy for peoplesoft folks to pick this up. But getting into Workday jobs in open market could be tough as Workday implementations happen only via their partners.

Otherwise, devOps/AWS is best option. There will be learning curve with ever changing technologies
