Why can't you pursue your career in either Workday or Oracle Cloud. Market is good and lot of companies are moving in that direction (from HR & Financials perspective). That way, your learning curve would be minimized as well.

There are very good training institutes in HYD which gives training related to the above mentioned application software.

I was in lines of thinking... instead of Oracle cloud or Azure better go with AWS, if at all wants to go cloud side
