I was a developer before 2010 and for some reasons I took full time as Analyst. But now some lay offs are coming in our area. I used to be peoplesoft developer before 2010



Why can't you pursue your career in either Workday or Oracle Cloud. Market is good and lot of companies are moving in that direction (from HR & Financials perspective). That way, your learning curve would be minimized as well.

There are very good training institutes in HYD which gives training related to the above mentioned application software.
