aa wood ni treat chestaaru..so basically...they r waterproof in most cases..

before signing up for a home..with any builder..

look for all these...you need to have a clean lot...clean lot ante...

No Walkways running through your lot
No Service boxes in your lot, like cable box, junction box..etc..iveveyinaa unte...chinna chinna mokkalatho malli cover cheyyaali...or will be a problem during lawn mowing...or snow clearing...
No Street Light in your lot
No Postboxes in your lot
No Water Hydrant in your lot
No Drainage in your lot
Not near or opposite to a parc...it should be a quite street and ofcourse...your preferred vasthu direction...

ivanni telavaalante...u need to ask the builder for a Services Map of the new homes..they can check it, usually the sales agents will have all these at their disposal...you can ask them to see it for yourself...
