I was in tampa and lived there for 5 years. first 2 years was good. nice weather, full beaches, every weekend driving to some where.

but 3rd year onward, i was desperate to get out from Tampa and FL state. very laid back and slow environment. people are not much fast and narrow close minded people. finally i got out at 5th year ending and felt so happy. never regretted till today.



This is always there.

U.S --> India (R2I)
India --> U.S (R2A)

California --> N.C or TX and back to California

California --> Texas and back to California

NYC --> Florida and back to California or NYC

Now due to pandemic all want big homes
Due to Biden taxes all want tax free states

everything will change back in 3 to 5 years. SFO and NYC will flourish back

At the end - what ever works for each individual and makes them happy!!
