After merging, it will pull back a significant pecentage(about 25% in many cases). You can then buy the new ticker symbol(Licid motors?) if you are so bullish on the new company.

If you want, go back and check the past SPACs.Example: IPOB became OPEN. Now, please check the price of OPEN in the first couple of weeks after merging completes. I bought SKLZ in the same way. I sold FEAC @19.00(I think) and repurchased SKLZ for a lower price.
