for my understanding in this example , we buy the stock price value of $10 at 11:50 Warrant at 1:50 If the merger fails, on the stock we loose $ 1:50 ( not considering the interest we may get) On the warrant we lose the $2 Looks like warrants are profitable more if the merger goes, just my thought and trying to learn |
