Star Peak Energy Transition Corp. (STPK stock) announced it plans on merging with Stem, Inc which will trade under ticker symbol STEM (STEM stock). Stem Inc is in the business of battery storage, optimization and network integration. Specifically, Stem Inc. developed an artificial intelligence platform that it calls Athena to forecast energy demand and optimize battery energy storage and usage. In this video, we'll discuss why I may buy Stem, Inc. stock.
