You get loans the moment you get seat doesnt matter where.

But key is will kids continue that 10-12 years of rigorous study. I have seen very few kids stick to Medicine plan, they moved to others after 2-3 years. Not many in my circle went all the way.

One of my friend's daughter settled to Dental and now doing MBA after she is done with Dental. So kids ikkada chaala volatile.
