uncle wallet to wallet transfer is not taxable event, only when you execute a sell transaction (whether to another crypto or USD)

xhv - i bought on bittrex - i like the tokenomics of XHV. total around 18mn coins (< btc). tech wise privacy and privacy stable coin focussed.

haven't heard of rally uncle. need to check it out. while i like the concept of bitclout (decentralized permissionless twitter), I am still skeptical on how they execute. the did some shady tactics
