$NEXCF Anyone following? Another Canadian stock Another company that might be interesting is Nextech AR Solutions ($NEXCF). I valued the company with a DCF model, which resulted in a fair value of roughly $25 (current share price is $5). They are a canadian small cap ($385M market cap) which is active in the AR advertising & communication industry. The company is surprisingly diversified and has a bunch of experienced executives with an entrepreneurial spirit. Given there small market cap the communication with investors is pretty good. They already have a gross margin of 63% and grew revenues in q3 2020 by 327% YoY. On top, there is also another catalyst; they will uplist to the canadian senior exchange NEO at the beginning of January, that will enable institutions to invest in Nextech. Furthermore, they also plan to uplist on the Nasdaq. |
