Why I prefer to max out?
(1)incase of traditional 401K, and you will tax benefitted(because of pre-tax contributions)
(2) If you change your company in the future, you can rollover to Traditional/Roth IRAs and buy the stocks/ETFs/Funds you like

It's better to have one Roth and one Traditional one so that you will not pay tax when you withdraw from ROTH in the future.
