Gudivada04:

impossible to time anything. I think its best to keep adding your favourite stocks at regular intervals. average up or down doesnt matter.

Kodibochu:

I add with every 5% of dip in a stock(5% of my expected investment). If I believe that this company got future to grow, I continue to do so. while doing this, I may go over the limit sometimes. Then, I'll sell it whenever there is a green day. real exapmles from my PF:
(1)AQB: I started at $5.00. whenever there is a dip, started adding $1,000/-. Normally, I limit to invest 10K in any stock, but went to 20K with the average price of $3.70. When there was a 39% profit day, I sold all of them to book profit. Waited for the dip and invested 4k again.
(2)WKHS; Same case, I sold one day and booked solid 10k profit and started investing back in dips..
It worked fine on both occasions. But, I am not investing in NNOX like that. I am not that bullish/confident on that one now, so not adding anything more.

Thank you annais!
