I have no idea. Three of us together bought a service package from Dent years ago by paying a life time fee of $10k and a small annual amount ($500 or so per year as maintenance fee). Earlier this year Dent service is bought out by these guys (Banyan hill). So we were grandfathered and getting all their services.
