but that particular call you picked is a deep in the money. if you have strong conviction on a stock, its not a bad way to enter for long term. worst case scenario, you will exercise and own the stock. I have appl $75 calls for Jan for example, same idea. Your cost is less than owning a stock and upside will be much more if the stock moves in your direction |
