I doubt JS will have any impact. Last time KPHB MLA elections lo JS+YCP+TRS+BJP all together worked against to make sure TDP get defeated. eesari evariki vaaru ayyaru. And TDP is contesting all of the divisions tis time. either TRS or even BJP will not have one sided victory anipisthundi as EVMs are not used.
