Myunderstanding(based on the first hand experience form a person who works as a freelancer). LinkedInProfinder is just a matching service. Upwork handles everything like agreements, payments etc.

Its(Upwork) going to be a standard e-Bay/market place for freelancers. I did not see how much money profinder(Linked-In) generated though..

Having said that, the market is goging ot be competetive, so need to watch closely.
